In current scenario everyone is making excuse of not having time for exercise, but 45 minutes of physical exercise is just 3% of your whole day. But if you still can not be able to train everyday, then there are various types of splits like full-body, upper-lower body and push/pull/leg, which requires only 3-4 day a week of frequency to train all muscle groups.

Any great fitness program starts in the kitchen, especially if you want to build and tone or cut. Too many people work hard at the gym and come home to ruin it all in the kitchen. I can end the confusion and align your fitness goals with your nutrition.

I know that calculating macronutrients and calories can be very complex at times, so leave that up to me! You just trust in the process and get results by staying consistent and patient! 

I provide a shopping list, so you will know exactly what to get at the supermarket as well as the convenience of having the shopping list on your Mobile device. Your MSFN program is completely custom to YOUR needs, so you will reap the full benefits of your gym sessions! 

Remember, training in the gym is important BUT fuelling your body with the correct foods is the game changer! Don’t miss out on your gains by not eating the correct foods.

MEET YOUR TRAINER

I was born in small village of Ludhiana, Punjab, India. And like every other punjabi boy I came to Canada in 2022. Recently I completed my diploma in business administration. And MSFN is my first start-up and my aim behind this business is to help millions of unfit people, by motivating them to follow a healthy lifestyle.

Moreover, my fitness journey started in 2015 when I was in 8th standard in high school. I started doing powerlifting because it is a base of bodybuilding. After completing my high school I did certification in personal training from MIFI Academy of Guru Mann sir who is a famous fitness influencer. 

So, right now my job is to share my 8 years of experience and knowledge with you, so that you will not face the challenges in achieving your goals that I did.
